This a little gem on oak tree road where you can find a variety of Indian street food items. We had maggie double masala, chatpata burger,tangy pasta ,white pasta and a selection of drinks like mango lassi,jamun shots etc. Mango lassi was not fresh and tastes like made from powder so don’t bother having it.Jamun shots were amazing. Foos tasted authentic and service was good as we went in a weeday for lunch.Can’t say about busy timings ao plan accordingly. Overall a good place.

Second time here, and I honestly liked it again. The Makhani Masaledar Paneer Momos were my favorite. So flavorful and easily something I would crave again. The tangy red sauce pasta was also really tasty, and the jamun shots were a nice touch. Crunchy papdi chaat was decent too, but the momos were the main highlight for me. Definitely a good spot if you want something Indian but a little different from the usual menu.

Such an awesome experience! We were traveling from Charlotte, NC and drove around Edison and saw this small place and started looking at the menu online. Saci Indian bistro has a variety of options which what appealed to us the most. The restaurant was super clean and the service was great. The food was AMAZING. We had almost everything from the menu - Classic momos and Thai momos (this was ok) Paneer pizza Pasta Wrap Sandwich Chicko shake Jamun shots Burger

Saci Indian Bistro is an absolute gem! I visit frequently, and I must say, the food is nothing short of amazing, easily a 1000/100 in my book. Everything here is vegetarian, and I feel like I’ve tried almost everything on the menu. My personal favorites are definitely the sandwiches and momos, they are consistently delicious and perfectly made. I’ve also tried the paneer momos, paneer sandwich, Manchurian roll, Manchurian burger, and chocolate shake, and everything has been spot on. While I personally wasn’t a fan of the roti and curry, the rest of the dishes are excellent. On top of the fantastic food, the service is great, making the dining experience even better. I LOVE THE SERVICE BY THAT LADY. She always smiles and very welcoming. If you love vegetarian cuisine and want flavorful, well-prepared dishes, Sachi Indian Bistro is an absolute must-try!
